Property Management                                                     When you are not in residence, we can undertake the supervision of your property bringing to your attention any problems.

• Locate and liaise with local artisans.
• Obtain quotations.
• Supervise work and repairs.
• Miscellaneous repairs.
• Pest control e.g. arrange wasp nest removal, etc.
• Arrange vets appointments for your return trip.

Security Check                                                       Regular security visits are important to make sure that all appears secure, no roof tiles have slipped, no windows have been broken, etc. We will forward any mail and read your water and electric meters, if necessary.

Cleaning Services

To welcome you to your home we can:

• Thoroughly clean your house for your arrival.
• General de-bug.
• Turn on the utilities, hot water, heating and lighting.
• Window cleaning.
• Delivery groceries.
• Replace empty gas bottles.

Laundry Service                                                 To save you having to worry about washing your bedding, t-towels, etc, for your next visit, we will collect, wash, press and deliver ready for your arrival.

Grocery Service                                                        All you need to do is email us a list of the groceries you require and they will be waiting for you. We also provide meals for your fridge and freezer.

Soft Furnishings                                                               La Garde-Maison offers made-to-measure soft furnishings in contempary and traditional styles including blinds, curtains, cushion covers and tablecloths.                          

Key Holding                                                                   It is so easy to leave your house keys at home. At least you do not need to panic as we can ran whizz a set of keys over to you.

Deliveries                                                                     It is not always possible for you to be available to take deliveries so we can accept deliveries on your behalf. This may include wood for your heating or building materials.

Emergency Call-out                                                Unfortunately, unexpected problems arise and need our immediate attention. This may include burst pipes, no water, no power, etc.
