If you are letting your property our services include:

• Cleaning and preparing your house prior to your guests' arrival.
• Ensure that there is a supply of Tourist Information, emergency telephone numbers and useful local information.
• Checking your property after your guests' departure for damage, etc.

Helpful Hints Sheet                                                       We can provide you with a copy of our information sheet that we have compiled over the years from both guests' comments and our own experiences.

Hamper Service                                                       To make the start of your guests' holiday less stressful they can order a Food Hamper from us. We will supply you with our list of hamper contents and prices. Extra items can be supplied as well as a selection of homemade dishes.

Laundry                                                                         If you supply laundry to your guests, it is important to offer matching and quality items. You must supply enough changes in the case of back to back changeovers. Do not forget to include t-towels and bath mats.

Emergency Call-Out                                                 Unfortunately, unexpected problems arise and need our immediate attention. This may include burst pipes, no water, no power, etc.
